NDSH Software ("we," "our," or "us") operates the QuizzBuilder mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using QuizzBuilder, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:
We do NOT collect: first/last names, phone numbers, physical addresses, date of birth, photos, government IDs, or location data.
When you make in-app purchases, we receive Apple/Google transaction IDs and receipt data, used solely for purchase verification and fraud prevention.
Create and manage your account, enable quiz gameplay, sync data across devices, provide customer support.
Verify purchase receipts, grant credits and unlock premium themes, prevent fraud, restore purchases on new devices.
Analyse usage patterns to improve content and features, monitor performance, fix bugs, develop new quiz themes and game modes.
Send account verification emails (if provided), respond to support requests, notify of important service updates (rarely).
We do NOT use your information for: targeted advertising, selling/sharing with third parties for marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

We may disclose information if required by law (court orders, subpoenas, fraud prevention).
We will NEVER sell your personal information to third parties.

Via Settings → Account → Delete Account (not implemented yet), or by email to admin@ndsh-software.fr providing your account name. All data deleted within 30 days.
QuizzBuilder is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe your child has provided us with personal data.
Our servers are located in the European Union. Your data is therefore processed within the EU, in compliance with GDPR.
When we use third-party services located outside the EU (e.g. crash reporting), we rely on appropriate safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or adequacy decisions by the relevant authorities.
QuizzBuilder does not use cookies or advertising tracking technologies. We use minimal local storage for login sessions, offline quiz cache, and app preferences. You can clear this data via your device's app settings.
The App may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes will be notified via in-app notification, email (if provided), and an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
